This is a 3-part YouTube series thoughtfully named "LADPlies". Apologies for the inclusion of partially irrelevant testimony (i.e. Zuma Dogg and the anti-cyclist LAPD dude's answers) but it's where the discourse on this issue is right now. Sadly, this is the best we can get out of our public officials and government.
